Learn how to reduce stress and manage difficult situations more effectively, and how to be happier, through the  live, online 8-week mindfulness courses (MBSR). Morning and evening courses, usually run in Redhill, Reigate, Dorking, Surrey, and currently delivered as live, online sessions via Zoom.  Free tasters and weekly drop-in sessions for beginners as well as those with more experience of mindfulness meditation.  Do get in touch to reserve a space, or to ask about reduced prices for anyone with financial concerns.
