How meditation practice can help with over-thinking and panic attacks
Please visit our Courses page to discover the benefits from a meditation course and further details. Numbers are limited, especially for the in-person courses, so do get in touch if you're interested.
You're welcome to visit our Tuesday meditation practice group at 9.30am. This can give you a sense of what mindfulness is and how the sessions are run as a Zoom class. Taster sessions are a good chance to find out about mindful meditation, and how mindfulness can help you build resilience, cope with over-thinking and be happier.
Get in touch to reserve a space or to discuss financial assistance.
How do I book a mindfulness course?
For all courses, you can make a booking on our Reservations page, where you will also find payment details. You can make an online payment using debit or credit card or by BACS. Let us know if you would like to use an alternative method.
Covid-19 safety measures
Our current in-person course runs from May to July in the lovely Old Pixham School, Dorking. The venue is large enough for participants to sit 2m apart, and there's also a delightful outside space we use looking towards the North Downs. We follow all safety precautions that are required. If you'd like to reserve a space on the course, please email Mindful Surrey.
