You're welcome to visit our Tuesday meditation practice group at 9.30am. This can give you a sense of what mindfulness is and how the sessions are run as a Zoom class. Taster sessions are a good chance to find out about mindful meditation, and how mindfulness can help you build resilience, cope with over-thinking and be happier.

How do I book a mindfulness course?
For all courses, you can make a booking on our Reservations page, where you will also find payment details. You can make an online payment using debit or credit card or by BACS. Let us know if you would like to use an alternative method.
Covid safety measures
Our current in-person course runs in the Old Pixham School, Dorking, which is large enough for participants to sit 2m apart. It is fine if people wish to wear a mask but this is no longer a requirement. We ask people not to come if they have any Covid symptoms, unless they have taken a lateral flow test with a negative result.
