You're welcome to come to any Tuesday drop-in session at 9.30am to get a sense of what mindfulness is and how the sessions are run via Zoom. Taster sessions are a good chance to find out about mindfulness and the various classes we offer.

How do I book?

Payment details are on our Book a Course page. You can make an online payment using debit or credit card or by BACS. Let us know if you would like to use an alternative method.
Covid-19 safety measures
We've paused our face-to-face courses in Dorking due to the current situation, but we're very pleased to be able to continue online. We have dates booked for in-person courses for 2021 and if we can't do these face-to-face, we'll run them online. If you'd like to reserve a space on the next course, please get in touch.
