8-week MBSR courses - Saturday mornings in Dorking, Surrey and Wednesday evenings online via Zoom. Free tasters are online on Tuesdays, (times vary). Next in-person taster in Dorking is Jan 9th, 9.30am - we can only have a certain number in the venue so please contact us to reserve a space. Taster sessions are a good chance for you to find out about mindfulness and the various classes we offer.
Weekly drop-in sessions for everyone, including beginners, are currently online only, on Tuesdays at 9.15am and 6pm.

Covid-19 safety measures
At the present time (October 2020), we're permitted to continue the face-to-face course in Dorking. The Government has clarified that people in Surrey, including those living in Tier 2, can take part in organised indoor classes, such as meditation and yoga. We ask participants to agree to a range of safety measures and the group size is restricted to nine to ensure we can sit 2m apart. We offer refunds should we need to cancel a course due to a change in the guidelines, or for any other reason.
