Low income support

Mindful Surrey is committed to supporting people on low incomes in Surrey and throughout the UK,

with all aspects of their mental health. 

 We run mindfulness courses and classes to help people in need with all
aspects of their mental and physical health - in particular anxiety, overthinking, intrusive
thoughts, overeating and sleep problems.

These are online and in-person throughout the week, with
meditation classes in Dorking on Saturdays.

We can offer the following at a discounted price or for free,

depending on your circumstances.

The amount of discount you might get for a class depends on your circumstances. This can be discussed in an informal and confidential phone chat. We can offer generous discounts and for many people, the support can be completely free. 

 

If you live in the UK and are on a low income, please get in touch. We offer discounts to anyone who wants to improve their mental health and
wellbeing but cannot afford to pay the full amount.
