Low income support

Mindful Surrey run mindfulness courses and classes to help Surrey residents with all
aspects of their mental and physical health - in particular anxiety, overthinking, intrusive
thoughts and sleep problems. These are online and in-person throughout the week, with
meditation in Dorking classes on Saturdays.

The amount of discount a person might get for a class varies and depends on your circumstances. This can be discussed in an informal and confidential phone chat. We can offer generous discounts and for many people, the support can be completely free. 

 

If you live in the UK and are on a low income, please get in touch. We offer discounts to anyone who wants to improve their mental health and
wellbeing but cannot afford to pay the full amount.
